"Hi! I'm Aina Khan, and I run The Cakery Bakery in Old Delhi. What started 5 years ago as a small passion in my home kitchen has grown into a government-certified bakery.
Unlike most commercial bakeries that use powdered cake premixes, artificial stabilizing gels, and chemical preservatives to cut costs and extend shelf-life, I bake the traditional way.
